Plant & Walters (trading as Heritage Heating) is a partnership which was formed in 1999 by Christopher Plant and Derick Walters to initially provide spares to engineers for New Watson England cookers after the local supplier ceased trading.

After it quickly became clear that there was a demand for refurbishment and repairs the company registered with OFTEC in order to satisfy customers' requests for servicing, conversions and repairs to AGA and Rayburne products (as well as the New Watson England cookers).
