
We pride ourselves on being able to fault-find on most appliances, and if we can’t resolve the issue in the first visit then we will come back and look at the problems again. Sometimes repeated visits are required as it can be when we come to visit the problem doesn’t occur or the fault reoccurs. It is always advisable to keep a diary of any problems that are occurring as this could help pin point the problem and lessen the time on site needed.
We do carry a comprehensive range of spares with us; however there will be times when we have to order specific parts to fully repair the appliance. If this is the case we will always discuss the costs with you before proceeding.
